When I first heard about a raw vegan diet, I thought it was something quite extreme. However, I was willing to dive into it if it could make me age in reverse and experience paradise health!

So I threw myself into the raw food diet philosophy and I felt pretty damn amazing, so it wasn't long before I had all the 'been to the mountaintop' enthusiasm that most newbie raw fooders exhibit!

And that's just wonderful! I hope you can get just as excited as I did when I first got started. However, it's also important to maintain the balance of your mind. It's just food after all :)

No need to be extreme at all!

I happily discovered that it doesn't need to be extreme at all! You don't need to be 'all or nothing' with a raw food diet you can simply incorporate plenty of raw foods into your lifestyle and watch your health soar.

So I hope you WILL get excited, but the purpose of this site is to show you how to eat raw in a way that will fit into your life in the best possible way. If we get obsessed with a way of eating, it can kinda take over our lives, and that's not a healthy balance. So we're all about finding your balance, eating raw foods in abundance and getting maximum benefit wtih minimum effort! And of course - getting smoking hot at the same time!

So that is what we want to convey to you with this site. Simple love and appreciation for delicious plant foods - plenty of it raw! It's all about loving it raw and loving it healthy too, even when it's not raw!

We're not about dogma here, we just want to show you the possibilities with raw foods, so you can incorporate them as much, or as little, as you desire.

My husband Jaye and I have been on this journey of vegan and raw foods since 2005. We have learned so much - grown so much, and it's been a truly blessed experience.

I truly believe that every one of us has the ability to design a diet that is absolutely ideal for us in every way, that appeals to all our senses and allows us to fully enjoy every meal, but also be able to simply forget about food between meals, because food obsession is just so last season.

I believe that instead of worrying about what percentage of raw you have in your diet, the most joyful thing is to eat plenty of delicious raw foods and balance this with as much cooked plant based foods as you prefer to create YOUR ideal state of health, because you are a unique individual.

So take what appeals to you and leave what doesn't. Remember that YOU are the authority on your own health.

It is my true belief that a plant based diet would benefit every person on earth but there are endless varieties to choose from! I hope with this site to show you some of the possibilities that exist with raw foods through amazing recipes and inspirations.
