We can thrive on this way of life whether young or old or inbetween, whether we are sick or seemingly healthy, this is our ideal diet.

While humans can SURVIVE on many different types of diets, surviving and THRIVING are two very different things. The raw food diet is for those who want to THRIVE, not just survive.

Jaye and I have been raw vegans since December 2008, and experimenting with various high raw and vegan diets since October 2005. In that time we have said goodbye to allergies and allergy medications, constipation, indigestion, fatigue, headaches, muscle cramps and leg pain, colds and flu, and more recently I have said a happy goodbye to chronic shoulder pain, PMS and endometriosis.

The raw vegan diet is the simplest diet on the planet

Say goodbye to slaving over a hot stove, say goodbye to washing greasy pots and pans. And say hello to eating food that truly SATISFIES! Food that feeds your cells, that nourishes you at the deepest level.

Eating nutrient rich foods allows you to feel truly satiated, and you can put eating disorders and fears about food to rest as food becomes your best friend and ally in not only having a body that functions optimally, but a clear mind and a free spirit.

Your life can change so much with raw foods, that it can almost be a little scary! Once you switch to raw foods, you will find that you can no longer tolerate anything in your life that is less than you deserve, you become more connected to who you really are.

Once the toxins begin to clear out of your system, you start to see the world with a new, fresh perspective. It is scary and thrilling and amazing!
