Easy Chocolate Pie Recipe - Chocolate Mint Fridge Tart

Easy Chocolate Pie Recipe - Try this homemade chocolate pie, you wouldn't even know it was raw unless someone told you, shhhh!
This pie came about as a result of some experimenting and it turned out so well that I had to share it with you here!
Ingredients
2x cups walnuts
2x cups almonds (pre-soaked for 6 hours)
1/2 cup cacao or carob powder
3x cups pitted medjool dates
1x cup fresh mint leaves
Method:
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until a thick doughy mixture is formed.
Taste test as you go and tweak it as necessary. Perhaps you like a stronger mint flavor, then add some more mint leaves.
Or perhaps you want a richer dark chocolate flavor, then add some more cacao.
Depending on the sweetness of the dates you use you might have to use a few more or a few less for the best results. So play this one by ear!
Pat into a pie dish and refrigerate until set.
Cut into slices and serve with some fresh mint garnish.
This homemade chocolate pie recipe is so tasty yet so simple.
