Easy low fat recipes - This soup has a wonderfully tropical feel.

It feels like something you should eat while sitting on the beach!

We love experimenting with different soups as a soup is often what we have for dinner. Blending various fruits and vegetables together for soups is so much fun, as there are endless combination's and therefore an endless variety of flavors.

Ingredients:

4 Passion Fruits
1 Small Cucumber, peeled
4 Guavas
2 Tomatoes
1 stalk celery

Method

Throw all the ingredients in the blender and blend.

The reason it is important to peel the cucumber is because the skin of cucumbers tastes bitter when blended up with other vegetables and fruits. Not sure why, as I know it tastes good when you eat a cucumber just by itself with the skin on. But when blending up in a soup or a smoothie, it is always best to peel it. You can eat the peelings!
