Fruit Dessert Recipes

Fruit dessert recipes made with passion fruits are my latest, well, passion. This pie just may be the best one I've made yet! We had it for dinner and between two of us we made short work of it.

Ingredients

500g fresh dates, pitted

12 x passion fruits

170g Raspberries

4 x bananas

Method

Place all the dates and 8 of the passion fruits into a food processor.

Process this until it is very smooth. Spoon it out into a pie dish and spread out evenly.

Take the raspberries and place them at intervals along the top. Drizzle the contents of the remaining 4 passion fruits over the raspberries.

As a topping slice up the 4 bananas and spread them across the pie.

Serves 2-4
