Fruit Salad Recipes: Mango Banana Blueberry Salad

Fruit salad recipes like this one require minimal ingredients, so there's a lot less chopping required.
In spite of its simplicity it is outstandingly tasty and it looks great too.
The mangoes should be ripe, but not mushy. For best results you want the mango slices to be firm.
It can be eaten as a meal in itself or as a tasty dessert.
Ingredients: Salad
- 6x ripe bananas
- 2x large mangoes
Ingredients: Sauce
- 200g blueberries
- 1x large mango
Method:
Slice the bananas and two of the mangoes into a serving bowl.
Blend the third mango and all the blueberries in a blender WITHOUT adding any water.
Pour the sauce over the sliced banana and mango.
Serves 2
