Blueberry Smoothie Recipe - Banana Blueberry

This blueberry smoothie recipe is one of my favorite favorites.
There is an almost endless variety of fruit smoothie recipes available as, with the substitution of one kind of fruit for another, the result will be completely different.
I love coming up with different varieties of fruit smoothies, and generally, they are all fantastic.
Blueberries have an enormous amount of healthful properties, not least of which is their anti-aging properties!
Ingredients:
- 6-8 Frozen Bananas (previously peeled, broken into thirds and frozen)
- 100g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 4x medjool dates
- 1/2 cup water
Method:
Place the water, dates and blueberries into the blender and blend. Slowly add the bananas and blend until very thick.
Serve immediately.
Serves 1-2
