Fruit Smoothie Recipes - Banana Blueberry Smoothie

There is an almost endless variety of fruit smoothie recipes available as, with the substitution of one kind of fruit for another, the result will be completely different. I love coming up with different varieties of fruit smoothies, and generally, they are all fantastic. This is one of my favorite favorites. Blueberries have an enormous amount of healthful properties, not least of which is their anti-aging properties! Ingredients: 6-8 Frozen Bananas 100g Blueberries (fresh or frozen) Peel bananas and break into thirds. Freeze overnight. Pour a cup of water into the blender jug, add frozen banana and blend until very thick. Add blueberries and blend. Serve immediately. Serves 1-2
