Easy Fruit Smoothie Recipes
Here are some fabulous fruit smoothie recipes to try. I nearly always have some frozen bananas on hand as it is the best way to make a smoothie really thick and delicious. Just remember to always peel any fruit before you freeze it. Fruit smoothies are a staple in my diet and I usually have two and sometimes three per day! Smoothies are also a great way to take in a large quantity of fruit. When you eat fruit without blending it, you may find you can't eat as much. This may not sound like much of a problem, but under-eating is very common with those new to a low fat raw vegan diet. I also find smoothies a very pleasant way to consume fruit, as I love the blended flavor of fruits.
