Fruit Smoothies - Banana Coconut Dream

Fruit Smoothies are my absolute favorite thing to eat. Since the blender has done all the chewing, it is the perfect lazy person's food, you don't even have to chew!
This recipe is wonderful and so easily digested as it has so few ingredients it is the next best thing to a mono meal!
Ingredients:
6-8 large bananas - peeled, broken into quarters and frozen
1 coconut
7 Dates (Small)
Method:
Blend the frozen bananas, dates and coconut water from one coconut, not the meat.
This goes together SO well, and the flavor of the coconut comes through so nicely with the bananas, it has a wonderfully rich flavor, yet, as coconut water is also very low fat it combines beautifully with the bananas for optimal digestion.
The Super Decadent Dessert Way
If you WANTED to make this even more dessert like, then you could blend in the coconut meat as well. This is then just an unbelievably rich dessert.
Coconut meat isn't always that easy to digest though, and it's best not to mix fruits with fats, I'm just warning you.
But now that you've been warned I can tell you that I definitely DO occasionally eat it the super rich dessert way, and wow! It is GOOD!
