This green juice recipe is a great way to start the day. It only requires two simple ingredients and you have a great tasting juice that packs a lot of nutritional power.

500ml Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
100g Spinach

Squeeze the orange juice yourself with a simple citrus juicer. It is important that the juice is totally fresh!
Wash the spinach and then put the orange juice and the spinach into the blender and blend on high speed until the spinach has been completely blended into a juice.
This juice tastes amazing. You can barely taste the spinach, so the overriding taste is of orange juice, yet, you have this wonderful creaminess from the spinach.
This is definitely my favorite juice recipe and the best thing about it is that it is retaining all the fiber and all the pulp (as making orange juice does not remove the fiber or pulp) and this is important as our bodies prefer to digest foods with their fiber intact!
