Using only two ingredients: mangoes and bananas, this easy smoothie recipe is very well combined, as mangoes are sub acid fruits and bananas are sweet fruits, and these two categories of fruits combine very well together for optimal digestion.
Mangoes and bananas are amongst the highest calorie fruits, mangoes are roughly 135 calories per medium sized mango, and bananas are roughly 100 calories for a medium sized banana. So this recipe packs a wonderful high energy punch, and is perfect after a hard workout to replenish your glycogen stores.

4x Mangoes
6x Bananas (previously peeled, quartered and frozen)

Peel the mangoes and add to the blender. Blend the mangoes and then add the bananas and blend until very thick and creamy.
Serves 1 for a hearty meal or 2 for a light meal.
