Peanut Butter Smoothie

Try this peanut butter smoothie, this peanut butter banana smoothie is a power breakfast smoothie recipe of note!
Peanut butter is not the healthiest of the nut butters unfortunately, as it is very hard to find it in a raw form. So you can also substitute the peanut butter in this recipe for an easier to find raw almond butter or some other nut butter.
However, if you do want to go with peanut butter as in this recipe, be sure to buy one that contains peanuts and ONLY peanuts.
You do not want any sugar, salt, any hydrogenated oils or any added oils at all, these are unnecessary and harmful to your health. So find a natural peanut butter from a health store that is made from just peanuts.
Peanut Butter Smoothie Ingredients:
4x bananas (previously peeled, quartered and frozen)
2x tablespoons peanut butter
1x cup water or coconut water
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Peanut Butter Smoothie Method:
Put the bananas, peanut butter and water or coconut water into a blender and using a stick attachment (if you have one) push the ingredients down onto the blades as you blend. This will help it to blend easier.
If you don't have a stick attachment then just pulse your blender until all the bananas have been blended in.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle with some cinnamon.
Serves 1 - 2
