Simple Dessert Recipes
This simple dessert uses macadamia nuts, dates, apricots and cinnamon. All you need is a basic food processor and a blender and you can prepare this dessert in minutes.
This was a major hit with everyone who had some, and in fact everyone ate a minimum of three fudge squares each! So it was certainly popular.
For quantities, use around 600g of macadamia nuts, 1 - 1.5 cups dates for the fudge.
For the topping use approximately 1 cup of diced apricots, 4-5 dates and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Make sure the dates you use are as fresh and juicy as possible.
