Raw Food Diet Recipes - Spaghetti Bolognese

Raw Food Diet Recipes like this one recreate old favorites in new and exciting ways. It also takes a fraction of the time used to prepare the traditional version, and of course it's about a million times healthier.
Spaghetti Ingredients:
3x large Zucchini
3x Beetroots
Method:
Put the zucchini and beetroot through a spiralizer to make spaghetti shapes. We use the Lurch Spirali which works really well. However, any spiralizer will do the job. If you don't have a spiralizer you can make flat noodles using a potato peeler and slicing the vegetables into thin slices (though this takes a long time and is a royal pain in the butt, a spiralizer is definitely recommended!).

Bolognese Sauce Ingredients:
2x Red Bell Pepper
20x Sundried Tomatoes
2x Mangoes
1x pack button mushrooms
1x pack cherry tomatoes
Fresh Basil Leaves
Fresh Chives
Method:
Blend the red pepper, sundried tomatoes and mango into a thick paste. Add the basil and chives to taste. Chop the button mushrooms and cherry tomatoes into halves and place in a dish. Pour the sauce over the top and mix in.
