Raw Food for Weight Loss: So you've decided it's time for a change. You're sick of being fat and tired, and you're going to give the raw food for weight loss thing a try. Well that's your first mistake, don't try it, just do it, because yes, it works like a muthaf*cka.

Now notice I said LONG TERM. This is not a quick fix thing. If you're looking for a quick fix, then you're on the wrong site, the wrong lifestyle, the wrong set of search terms altogether! Quick fixes involve misery and starvation and DO NOT last. So if you're into short term solutions for long term pain, then an abundant, delicious raw vegan lifestyle is something you're not ready for at this stage.

Raw Food For Weight Loss - NOT A Quick Fix

Because raw food for weight loss is NOT a quick fix. It is about healing. It is about healing your body from the years of abuse you've put it through. And you just don't know how long that will take and whether excess body fat will be top of the list for your body, or way down the list at number 100 and something. It MIGHT be, but you just won't know until you dive in. So you just have to be willing to be patient. But NO EXCEPTIONS, every women who follows a low fat high fruit, raw vegan lifestyle with healthy exercise will get into shape. It just happens - every time.

The time it takes will also depend on where you start from. If you're a 7 it will take you a lot longer to reach a 2 or 3 then it would take if you started off at 5. And if you started off at 0 then it might not take long at all to become a 2. And a 2, 3 or 4 can become an 8 if they choose just by lifting heavier weights and doing some high intensity interval training. It all depends on your individual goals.

A 9 may be possible for some if they're putting in the training, that's all about a serious weight building program, it all depends on what you want with your body.

Now for those who think number 4 is still fat - catch a wake up. That is NOT fat. I was shocked to see some women posting on the 30 bananas a day forum saying that number 4 is fat. NOOOO folks, I think you're confused about what fat is. Number 4 could lose some body fat sure, if she wanted to, but she is just GREAT as she is too. However, if she was on a low fat raw vegan lifestyle consistently, then check her out in a years time and you can bet your sweet ass she will be leaner.

Raw Food For Weight Loss - Love the One You've GOT!

It's important for us women to accept and love ourselves as we are, because it is only when we do THAT, that we begin to change. Funny how that works. Nothing good is going to come out of you hating your body. That is not going to inspire you to begin to look after yourself the way you deserve. All that will do is keep you punishing yourself with the quick fix 'solutions' that are not solutions at all.

We are all individuals and our bodies will find their ideal shape in their own sweet time, and our biggest challenge is to ALLOW that to happen. The more we try to mess with it, the fatter and more unhealthy we become long term. Starting to nourish your body properly might be a foreign concept, but if you want to become effortlessly slim as well as bursting with health and energy, then it is something that you HAVE to do.
