Raw Food Recipes - Raw Vegan Sushi Rolls

One of the most impressive raw food recipes is raw vegan sushi. This is great to serve at a dinner party as it always gets a lot of attention.Ingredients: Untoasted Nori Sheets Alfalfa Spouts Avocado diced Cucumber diced into strips Sundried Tomatoes diced Tomato Hummus TOMATO HUMMUS Soak raw chickpeas for 12 hours, change the water and soak for a further 12 hours. Place chickpeas in food processor and process with chopped garlic, fresh tomatoes and sundried tomatoes until thick and chunky.

Place sheet of nori flat on surface and then add raw hummus, alfalfa sprouts, avocado, cucumber and sundried tomato in a horizontal strip reaching from one end to the other. Roll the nori sheet into a tube, dip your finger in water and wet the edge of the nori sheet which will allow it to stick closed. Cut into pieces. Serve with fresh ginger.
