Raw Food Recipes - Rich Tomato Mango Soup

Raw food recipes for raw soups are absolutely awesome.
Before I decided to become a raw vegan I had never considered that there was even such a thing as a raw soup.
I also would never have thought that mango would blend so well with vegetables but it really does! You don't taste the mango but it provides a thick and creamy texture to a spicy tomato soup.
Ingredients:
- 1x Mango
- 7x Tomatoes
- 1x Red Pepper
- 4x Sticks of Celery
- 8x Green Olives
- 8x Sundried Tomatoes
- 1x Avocado
Method:
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Place the fresh tomatoes at the bottom of the blender as they will create the most liquid. You do not need to add any water.
To the blended soup, add some pre-soaked raw chick peas for crunchiness and garnish with chopped spinach.
