Raw Food Recipes: Tomato Stacks

Raw food recipes that can be prepared in less than fifteen minutes yet still look mighty fine are the best. These tomato stacks definitely fit the bill and make a perfect starter.
Tomatoes are not only delicious, they also have wonderful anti-cancer and protective properties.
Ingredients:
4x Fresh tomatoes cut in half
Topping:
- Mixed Sprouts
- 1x Clove Garlic
- 1x Lemon (Juiced)
- 8x Sundried Tomatoes
- 4x Artichoke Hearts (sliced)
Method:
Place the mixed sprouts, garlic and lemon juice in the food processor and process until creamy.
Spoon onto the tomato slices. Add sundried tomatoes and artichoke to garnish.
Enjoy this as a starter for 2 - 4 people.
