Raw Food Recipes - Delicious, Healthy and Low Fat!
Here are some raw food recipes that are all easy to prepare. They do require that you have a good blender! It is very worthwhile to invest in a good blender, otherwise you'll find yourself burning out the cheap ones every couple of weeks. That's what happened to us. Eventually we gave in and bought a Vitamix and we haven't looked back! In fact, we now have two! A food processor is also very handy for a raw vegan kitchen and you'll notice quite a few of our recipes do call for one. You can just buy any kind of food processor, it doesn't need to be fancy. We got our food processor on special for the equivalent of around 40 dollars and it is working out just fine!
