FoodnSport is Dr Douglas Graham's site. Dr Graham has thrived on the low fat raw vegan diet for over 27 years. You can buy all Dr Graham's books and CD's here, as well as read many highly informative articles.
Vegsource is the foremost site about veganism out there. Everything to do with following a vegan diet!
Dr McDougall's website is a wealth of information about following a plant based diet and achieving great results for health and weight loss, with no calorie restriction or deprivation.
Heart Attack Proof - Heart Surgeon Dr Caldwell Esselstyn's groundbreaking research into the prevention and reversal of heart disease with a plant based diet.
Frugivore Lifestyle is one of the absolute BEST websites about transitioning to an optimal low fat raw vegan diet. This is information that I haven't found anywhere else and that offers INCREDIBLY valuable insights into the processes involved in successfully moving our diets back to our natural frugivorous diet. I wish I had found this when I first decided to venture into raw, I could definitely have saved myself a few tears!
The Fruitarian Elite marathon runner Michael Arnstein's website. Loads of videos and articles on everything to do with succeeding on a low fat raw vegan diet. Michael considers himself a fruitarian since most of his calories come from raw fruits. This is a wonderful raw food resource with invaluable information for anyone, especially athletes or aspiring athletes!
30 Bananas a Day was created by Freelee and Harley and is a social networking site for low fat raw vegans. Meet up with a host of people who are thriving on this way of life. You can also sign up for coaching and mentoring with either Freelee or Harley from here.
Raw Food Health is a very well informed, well researched site about the low fat raw vegan diet. Andrew overcame many obstacles such as obesity, colitis and depression when he became a low fat raw vegan. He is now a thriving raw vegan athlete.

I consider The 80/10/10 diet to be an essential raw food resource. It is the most inspiring book out there. The China Study will give you an understanding of the causes of disease that will quite probably save your life.
Films - Disease Reversal
This MINDBLOWING film is a must see for everyone. Whether you simply fear cancer, and think that it is something that can happen to anyone, or whether you already have cancer or know someone with cancer, this film will shatter everything you thought you knew about cancer. This is the most empowering film about cancer that has ever been seen. There has always been a cure for cancer, stop the insanity.
This amazing, award winning documentary conclusively shows that there is a simple and effective cure for heart disease. Through amazing interviews with Dr Caldwell Esselstyn (former heart surgeon who discovered that dietary intervention was far more effective for his patients than the surgeries), Dr Ruth Heidrich, Dr John McDougall and many more, it is shown that simple changes to your diet effectively reverse cardiovascular disease. There is absolutely no need for the danger and expense of heart surgery, when simple dietary change is so hugely effective.
Films - Animal Rights
While these films are not specifically a raw food resource, as they are not really about the raw food diet, they are about one aspect of the raw food lifestyle, which is compassion. I feel that they are essential watching for anyone who is consuming animal products.
If animals have to suffer it, then the very least we can do is become aware of it - ignorance does not absolve us of any responsibility. It's time to become aware and realize that every decision we make, everything we buy, everything we believe is casting a vote for the kind of world we want to live in.
