Raw Vegan Recipes: Nori Burgers

Raw Vegan Recipes are fun and exciting, like these nori burgers!
Ingredients:
1x cup alfalfa sprouts
2x large tomatoes
1x oz pine nuts
1x avocado
1x red bell pepper
10x sundried tomatoes
2x sheets untoasted nori
Method:
- Blend the red bell pepper and the sundried tomatoes in the vitamix.
- Dice the tomatoes and mix in a mixing bowl with the alfalfa sprouts and the pine nuts.
- Pour the red pepper and sundried tomato sauce over this and mix together.
- Using a scissors, cut the sheets of nori into eight squares.
- Take two plates and put two squares of nori onto each plate.
- Slice the avocado and place the slices onto the nori squares to form the base.
- Next, add the tomatoes, sprouts and sauce on top of the avocado.
- Place the remaining nori squares on top and serve.
