Raw Vegetable Recipes - Tomato Soup

Raw Vegetable Recipes like this raw tomato soup are ready to eat within 5 minutes, no mess (or very little anyway), no fuss!
I have this for dinner regularly and it is amazingly satisfying.
Ingredients:
5x tomatoes
1x red bell pepper
1x stalk celery
10x sundried tomatoes
Method:
Dice the tomatoes, pepper and celery into cubes and throw into your vitamix or other blender with the sundried tomatoes and blend.
Serves 1 for a very satisfying main meal, or 2 as a starter.
For added variety you could also add some fresh basil or coriander to the other ingredients in the blender, this adds a new dimension of flavor.
It depends what you're in the mood for.
If you add more celery, it will give it more of a salty flavor. Experiment and get creative, as long as your tomatoes are red and ripe and your bell pepper is deliciously fresh this recipe can't go wrong!
