Raw Vegetable Recipes - Tomato Soup
Raw Vegetable Recipes like this raw tomato soup are ready to eat within 5 minutes, no mess (or very little anyway), no fuss! I have this for dinner regularly and it is amazingly satisfying. Ingredients 5x tomatoes 1x red bell pepper 1x stalk celery 10x sundried tomatoes Method Dice the tomatoes, pepper and celery into cubes and throw into your vitamix or other blender with the sundried tomatoes and blend. Serves 1 for a very satisfying main meal, or 2 as a starter. For added variety you could also add some fresh basil or coriander to the other ingredients in the blender, this adds a new dimension of flavor. It depends what you're in the mood for. If you add more celery, it will give it more of a salty flavor. Experiment and get creative, as long as your tomatoes are red and ripe and your bell pepper is deliciously fresh this recipe can't go wrong!
