Simple healthy recipes - low calorie yet filling and satisfying! Sounds great right? It is! Try these red cabbage wraps!
Healthy Low Calorie Recipes!
Ingredients:
4x Red Cabbage Leaves
2x Corn on the cob
3x Stalks Celery
1x Avocado
1x cup fresh coriander
Squeeze of lime
3x Orange Bell Peppers
6x Sundried Tomatoes
Method:
Slice the corn off the cob, slice the celery, finely chop the coriander and place in a bowl with the mashed avocado and a squeeze of lime. Toss the ingredients together.
In a blender, blend the bell peppers and sundried tomatoes into a sauce and pour over the chopped vegetables and toss.
Serve on the red cabbage leaves.
