They discuss the reasoning and the justifications that can slip in - the patterns of thought that can lead you on a fast track back to less healthy foods, and consider some ways to overcome them.
Of course the number one way to get rid of cravings is to eat more calories from fresh fruits and vegetables, as most cravings are just hunger. Eat some more healthy food and they'll disappear.
