Vegetarian Burger Recipes

This is the healthiest of vegetarian burger recipes, these veggie burger recipes are 100% vegan, raw and delicious!
We don't own a dehydrator, but if you do, then I do think it would be worthwhile to try dehydrate these burgers. They were delicious on their own, but as we ate them, we just imagined that if they were dehydrated they would be great too.
Ingredients: Vegetable Burgers
- 250g Button Mushrooms (sliced thinly)
- 2x Stalks Celery (chopped finely)
- 4x Carrots (grated)
- 1x Beetroot (grated)
- Parsley (chopped finely)
Ingredients: Binding Sauce
- 2x Tomatoes
- 1x Carrot
- 3oz Sundried Tomatoes
- 3oz Dried Shitake Mushrooms (soaked briefly)
Method: Best Burger Recipe
Place all the ingredients for the binding sauce into a blender and blend until smooth. Spoon over the burger ingredients and mix in.
Using a cookie cutter shape the mixture into burger patties.

Serve this with large romaine lettuce leaves, sliced tomato and cucumber and some homemade chutney.
Homemade Chutney Recipe

This is a great apricot / date chutney and really easy to make.
Ingredients: Chutney Recipe
- 6x Dates
- 6x Dried Apricots
- 1/2 tsp curry spice
- Dash of water to achieve desired consistency
Method: Date Chutney
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

This recipe makes about 16 tasty veggie burger patties. They are low calorie though so you can easily eat about four to yourself.
